Respectfully, your forum site would be much more effective if the search function was not literal. Setting the forum to use a "like" search would allow users to enter multiple key words vs just a key phrase to search.
Doing this would increase the usability of the forum, increasing the likelihood of finding an answer to a question and decreasing the number of posts that your support team responds to
