Response time support - harald - 09-09-2016 03:07 PM Hello and good morning from Germany, We are testing T48G SFB Version for a customer. I send yesterday an Email to support@yealink.com to request a license file for the phone, but I haven't get an answer. Is there no autoreply from this address, that confirmed my email arrived at support centre ?
