Upgrading (T46G) won’t work - ITSD - 08-27-2014 11:46 PM
Hello,
I tried to upgrade a Yealink T46G to the latest firmware trough the webbrowser (28.72.0.45). I uploaded the file and hit the upgrade button. The webpage displays that it is going to upgrade the phone but after the reboot, the phone has still the old FW version 28.71.188.10.
I already factory reset the phone but the same behavior exists.
Can anybody provide a solution?

Sorry for our late reply.
The FW 28.71.188.10 is a customized version,so it is impossible to upgrade to commercial version directly.
Could you pls tell me where did you get the phone,local distributor or local online outlets.Pls give me a detailed distributor or website.
Then,we can provide local service accordingly to you.
