T19 POE stopped working - moduleit - 08-26-2014 04:35 PM To whom this may concern, I have a T19 with POE which was working nicely for about 2 months. I unplugged the phone to enable me to rearrange my desk but when I plugged it back in the phone didn't power back up. I have now got a power supply plugged in and all is fine yet the POE feature is no longer working. Can you please shed some light on the situation and whether you think this is phone related or network related. I think most phones will work if plugged in backwards, but will not receive power unless the correct Jack is connected to POE source. |
