Hello everyone, I have 100 devices (Yealink YEA-W52P Business HD IP DECT Cordless Phone) I'm having a problem that has become common, users in connection resets the base alone, can someone help me?

Hi janduy,
The default PIN is 0000, you can change the base PIN code and don't let other people know the new PIN code. But in this case, the administrator need to register the handset by himself. And let the general users with user permissions login page. Then they can't reset the base via web.
About how to change the base pin, enter Menu Structure->Settings->System Settings->Change Base PIN. Hope it can help you.
