Welcome,
I have problem with T21P (9.72.0.30). System doesn't select ringtones based on internal ringer text. It works good with other phones (T20, T28, T38)

Ok, I solve it.
Distinctive Ring Tones option was default disabled in Advanced Account options.
T20, T28 and others have this option set Enabled as default.
