Hello everyone.
New to the board here. We purchased several Yealink T42G phones for our new office. Service has been great since we've installed them a couple weeks ago. Suddenly, all our phones are no longer able to receive or send outgoing calls. We have ip addresses and dial tones but the call "times out" shortly after we dial. Opening a browser and entering the phone's ip address also works fine. Has anyone ever encountered this or can assist with troubleshooting?

Hello Dan,

If you can reach the phone through browser, we can know the network is fine.
And because it was just suddenly not working, could you pls try the following aspects?
1. Try to make an IP call.
That means you dial the IP address of other phone instead of number of the other phone. Can it work?

2. Try to contact the pbx server for help as well.
Because weeks ago, the phone is fine to work, but suddently, all the phone can't work! So the problem is probablely located at the pbx server.

3. What's the version of T42G?
If it's not the latest version, you can refer to the following link to get it and upgrade it.

Thank you for the quick response. The issue was with the PBX server (option #2). We're back in business now.
