RE: Broadsoft xsi feature - dunhill - 11-27-2014 06:44 AM

Hi,

I have persistent problem with T4X or T2X using V72 broadsoft version firmware with the network call history saying web password wrong every 30 days.
support have to update the password every 30 days very laboring task. (2000 units in the field)

this single thing is biggest pain at the point at looking at other vendors
is there a fix for this long term or not
we are on r17p4

Thanks

Hi Dunhill,

I think the problem is that the Broadsoft server change the XSI(web) password every 30 days.
You can disable the feature in Broadsoft server or contact your service provider to do it.

James

Has anyone found a solution to getting the password to populate automatically from Broadworks? Right now I manually have to set a tag and populate the password which works for awhile until the user changes their password. We had this issue with the network call log and the broadworks directories but with x.73.193.x.rom there was an alternate method to use sip authentication instead of the xsi password. The issue I am having is with the call park feature which requires the xsi password to work.

I am endeavoring to design broadsoft xsi highlight on yealink T42G, Firmware Version 29.72.0.25

In any case I dont see the Network Directory page by means of webUI.

I then utilized beneath design parameters as a part of mac.cfg.... Do Visit My Blog Generic Viagra http://www.pharmacyglobalrx.com/generic-viagra
