Hi

I'm currently working on a Yealink T32G (32.0.0.115) and trying to integrate the ACD login/log-off softkey along with the "Unavailable" softkey.

I have enabled the "Feature Key Synchronisation" in the Phone features and configured the DSS Key as described in the documentation.

However when the phone sends a "SUBSCRIBE" message to Broadsoft, I see no XML in the SIP Message and thereafter I see Broadsoft responds with a 489 Bad Request.

Any idea what I have missed?

Hi All

I've managed to solve the ACD login/log-off and Unavailable setting by changing the below in the config file.

[ ACD ]
AutoAvailable = 0
AutoAvailableTimer = 60
Broadsoft = 1 <---------

Its now including a XML content and Broadsoft responds with a 200OK
