Good afternoon,
I wonder how can I disable the button transfer of T26P and T28P handsets.
I like the problem that when you use the button to transfer and the extension to which the device is busy, the call does not return to the unit of origin.
When I use the asterisk pbx transfer via the connection returns to the originating extension.
Something that can be done? Already tenteis all possible combinations of configurations of the transfer unit.

Not quite sure whether I well understand your requirement or not. Here is one situation:
1. Ext.22 Call Ext.11 on T28P, pickup.
2. On T28P, press Tran key and enter Ext.33(which registered on T26).
Ext.22 will recall T28 in following two status:
1. Ext.33 rejects T28.
2. Ext.33 is calling and disable call waiting function.
