Hi ppl,
The last 2 days i was configuring ip phones in my company to enable the workers to manage easier their calls. We have 3 types of Yealink phones: TP20, TP21 and TP22.
The problem that occurs ist with the TP20 Series.
The idea is to connect/bridge the incoming calls.
TP21/22 have no problems with that because you can click on "Trans" and choose who you connect with whom.
But when i have two incoming calls on the tp20 and i want to connect/bridge/transfer them i get a new line where i can dial a number to transfer to.
OR let me explain it this way:
Telephone Operator A is getting a call from person B. While talking to person B, Operator A is getting a call from person C. Now Operator A wants to connect B with C.
As i said, TP21/22 can manage that but is it possible with TP20?
