EHS Firmware Downgrade - Waztrix - 07-23-2014 11:18 PM

Hey Yealink

I read in this thread that EHS36 can be downgraded with 6.60.200.240 Firmware. The problem is that this firmware only works on T26P, and I have a T28P, T41P, T42G, T46G and T48G.

Does it exist for other phones than T26P?

Our Plantronics headsets works with both EHS 1.16.0.0 and 3.16.0.0, but with the 3.16.0.0 version the headset does not recognize when the Yealink wants to make a call, so it doesn't activate it's sound and microphone.

You have to press the "pick up" button to get sound through, and then dial the number.

Using the 1.16.0.0 EHS box it automatically recognized that when we were pressing buttons on the yealink, it should activate sound and microphone

Hi,

Sorry for my late reply.
You can get the firmware of T28/T38/T46 from below link:

How_to_upgrade_the_EHS

The issue you have mentioned "with the 3.16.0.0 version the headset does not recognize when the Yealink wants to make a call".
Have you fixed the issue? And what kind of Plantronics headsets do you use?

Thx
