HI vkeven,

Do you mean the version 28.72.0.37 has fixed the sound muffled of T46 phone?
If yes, we are collecting the same requiremnt, and our product department will consider how to fix this issue on the V73 version.

thanks

problem and solution described here ( this is where I found the .37 )

.37 look like a special firmware and .45 didn't included those change

If the problem is solved why just not let the .37 mod into new .45 and newer firmware ?

The issue for me is .37 corrects the voice quality but kills my ability to use softphones (calling from the 3CX desktop app via a USB headset) You can dial a T19 phone but you cannot call anyone on a T46G phone.

FWIW, I recently tested wireless headsets with a T46 and EHS36. I basically gave up on Plantronics, even after calling their tech support. The incoming audio was fine, but the outgoing audio was grossly overmodulated. Turning down the modulation to the lowest setting (1?) didn't help. This was with a Savi 740.

I then tested a couple Jabra Pro headsets, the 9450 and the 9470. They both worked right out of the box without issue. I had to dial the 9470's outgoing modulation back to 2, but it's working perfectly.

I know this isn't exactly on point with the OP's issue, but it's close enough.
