I have some problem with integrating Yealink telephones with Zyxel x8004 IP PBX. After sometime server loses registration with telephones. I need to restart or re-register sip account. What can be the problem?

Hi eugene,

Please try below steps:
1.Access to web GUI->Account->Advanced-> Account, set the corresponding account.
2.go to Keep Alive Interval(Seconds) tab, set the value to 15s.
2.Access to web GUI->Account->Advanced-> SIP Registration Retry Timer(0~1800s),set the value to 30s.

If above steps can't solve your issue, could you please provide more detailed information?
1.How many phones do you have and have this issue in your PBX?
2.How often did phone lost registration?
3.In order to do more troubleshootings, please describe your scenario and supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap and send to wilson@yealink.com.
