T48G backlight BUG - briankelly63 - 08-16-2016 09:55 AM

35.80.0.95 had no issue. Upgraded to 35.80.0.130 and then set backlight to 'Always On' but backlight goes off.

Backlight Inactive Level: Low

Backlight Active Level: 8

Backlight Time(seconds) Always On

No combination of settings in 35.80.0.130 will keep backlight on.

Reverting to 35.80.0.95 solves the problem.

I have the same issue with the same firmware but on T46 phones.

It's very annoying when they break things on a new firmware release.... who knows what else they broke that we haven't discovered yet.

There is an new feature call power saving.
You can find this feature via web interface.
It cause this problem, maybe you can disable then test again.
