SIP-T28P Can't Answer Multiple Incoming Calls - Trutelecom - 08-10-2016 06:17 AM
We have a SIP-T28P with 6 lines configured to six different extensions. On occasion, when multiple incoming calls occur simultaneously on this phone, we are not able to answer any of the calls. Pressing the line buttons will not pick up the calls.
Any help would be appreciated.
