How much bandwidth does VP530 use?
It says right here that:
Bandwidth selection: 128kbps~1Mbps
Is it really possible that 720x480 @ 30fps only uses 1 Mbps?

Yes, it is .The VP530 use the CIF (video transmission format). CIF need the use less bandwidth.
