Thanks, Brett. That makes sense given how old PictureExDemo is.

I solved the problem a different way: I wrote a new program that converts BMPs files to DOB files.

Yes, I didn't try your program, but it definitely sounds better than PictureExDemo (flexible file location, color conversion, etc.).

I just wanted to post the old "solution" since Yealink support didn't know about it and it took me quite a while to figure it out.
