I'm trying to get a T26p latest firmware to log into a queue provided by an Elastix 2.4.0 server.
For testing purposes the queue number is 6260, and the extension is 101
I can manually log in and out of the queue by manually dialing *456260. There currently isn't a password on the queue.
However, I can't seem to figure out what is needed required to login if using an ACD DSS key.
I have assigned the ACD type to DSS Memory Key 1, pressing the key gives me an ACD display, asking for USER ID and password. What info do I need to put in this field?
For reference I assumed this would be *456260, but it doesn't work.
Also, looking at the Asterisk console, it doesn't appear that the phone is even trying to login to the server.
