I have several T20,T22,T28,W52H is there a software that can centralise all the phones so that if I need to change a setting it changes on all phones or at least on that particular model.
Also is there a way to block the user from muting the phone from ringing (by pressing the down volume )

There is not a software which can modify all phones together.
About block the user to mute the phone, you can help from the the user access level feature.

dejv - if you use a PBX they normally have this feature.
