I have two phone extensions 22 and 25. When i call 22 is ringing the phone with extension 25. I try to reach your support but no one is responding. How to fix this issue?

Are you sure you have the extensions labeled correctly? Are they configured with the extension number you think they are? What PBX?

Yes. I'm looking on the settings right now. And everything is fine.
It says on both extensions :
Register Status: Registered
Which is strange
