T46G + BT40 + Jabra - timalex - 06-25-2014 07:15 PM

Currently testing two Jabra BT Headsets, Jabra Motion and Jabra Supreme.

Following problem with both of them: At inbound call the Jabra voice assistant says "call from 0000", not telling you the real number of the caller (at the phones display the number is shown).

A known issue with Jabra?
Any working phone/headset firmware set known?

Hi timalex,

Could you provider more information about it for us?
1.What is the phone firmware version?
2.How often does this issue occur?

Currently we haven't met similar situation from other users, our suggestion is you can ask the technical team for help firstly.
We will also try our best to help you solve your issue.

thanks

Hi Support, sorry for the late reply.

Phones firmware is 28.72.0.25.
Jabra Motion firmware is 3.16.0
Jabra Supreme firmware is 4.25.2 (latest)

Problem occures with every call.

Question: Kind of special information that should come with the sip call to make this working?

I too have the same problem when I get a call on T46G Jabra voice Assistance "Call from 0000".
Phone firmware is 28.80.0.70
Phone hardware is 28.2.0.128.0.0.0
Jabra Supreme uc ms firmware is 4.29 (latest).

I also carried out tests with a mobile T29G, but the problem recurs.
Phone firmware is 46.80.0.10
Phone hardware is 46.0.0.128.0.0.0
Jabra Supreme uc ms firmware is 4.29 (latest).

How can I fix?
thank you.

Jabra consulting some documents I read that to hear the caller's phone number must support the protocol PBAP , the telefonno T46G support it?
Otherwise , there is another Yealink phone that supports it ?
Thank you.
