Hi Guys I hope someone can help, I've sent a mail to Yealink support 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back yet.

I’m trying the tool but it’s not working correctly on my computer.
I’m running Windows 7 Home Premium.
My co-worker has Windows 8 and it works perfectly.
The sections I have trouble with is "CSV Configurations"
You can't press any of the Tabs at the bottom and as soon as you enter the MAC and move they disappear altogether.

Is there anything that I need to update that you know of for the program to work? What program does the Generation Tool use?

Hi DrewMan,

Sorry for the delay. I have tested it locally, it does work well.
It should be your computer disappeared something.
Could you provide more info for us?
1.Can you set the softkey and linekey in the phone configuration interface? If not, what happens when you click the softkey and linekey?

2.In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply the resource folder and decribe more detailed operations, then send to wilson@yealink.com. I will support you via email.
