Good day,
Unfortunately, we cannot get the phone work, although the phones OpenStage 60 and Mitel 5360 work without problems.
Description of the problem:

A is Yejalink phone , B is cellphone
Phone A calls phone B
A can’t hear B , but B can hear A

1. issue is happening only in external call
2. we have only 1 Yealink Phone
3. OpenStage 60 and Mitel 5360 work ok.
4. PBX is FreePBX 10.13.66-14 (Asterisk 13)

Hi,

On-way-audio is usually caused by the router.
Please open and/or forward the proper ports.

I have get from Yealink new firmware.
