I am experiencing the same issue with the latest firmware. This is crap, I am rightfully so frustrated!

Headset:
25.73.0.25
Handset:
26.73.0.10

Hi,

Same problem for me as well.

One base, 5 handsets all registered to different SIP accounts but all members of one Asterisk call group.

An incoming call is directed to the Call Group which then attempts to ring all 5 handsets.
Only 4 out of the 5 handsets ring, the other stays silent. But it is not consistent, it is a different 4 handsets that ring on any call. Customer has taken to carrying two hand sets to make sure he doesn't miss a call.

Base is running 25.73.0.40
Handsets are on 26.73.0.11
Hardware version 26.0.0.7

A pcap from the Base (attached) shows an incoming call has the 5 INVITES, 5 Tryings and 5 Ringing so it is getting the correct signalling.

Where to from here ?

Hello Jon,

one base station can only support 4 simultaneous call. It's noted in datasheet.
So don't place all 5 handsets into a ring group.
