How can I built a button for monitor another ext. (If someone call that ext, it will be red light) and pick up the call by those button.
Also , I have an ext: 900.
I want ext:701 &ext:702 monitor ext900's mailbox.
I am using Elastix..

Hi Kit,
You can use BLF feature but this feature should be supported by your server.
You can refer to admin guide for more details.
