Hello,

I've have an problem with 3 T41P.
I have an HP Procurve switch with enable tagged ports for Vlan (VOIP > ID 30) and a untagged port for the connection.
When I've enabled Vlan with the ID in the T41P. He gets an IP address from that VLAN, but it cannot connect to the internet/network.
Also an laptop in the same Vlan can not connect to the phone.

I've used this setup before, only with T26P and Tiptel IP 284 and that works without problems.

I've have this problem with 3.
But a colleague has this problem with more then 10 T41P.

software: 2x 36.71.188.4 and 1x 36.72.188.6

Does somebody had this problem before ?

Edit: wanted to upgrade to version: 36.72.0.25, but it does not apply. He uploads and reboot, but the software is not changed...

Hi Hpijl ,

Your firmware is software protection which can't upgrade to neutral firmware. Please ask your distributor for help.

I've found the problem. We used the Voice settings and LLDP on the switch, after that it worked as an charm.

My collegue had need to use an extra option (132) in the DCHP and an template server option.
