We installed about 120 T19's in our hotel a little over a year ago. Two of them are constantly being unplugged. Today one of our techs noticed that these two phones make a humming noise. He tried plugging the phones into a different room and had the same problem.
Has anyone had this issue before? I am hoping that we don't have to buy 2 more phones.
We have installed several hundred T21's in our other hotels with no issues. With the T19's I think we have lost about 10% at this one site already before these 2 phones.

First, find out if the issue is with the phone or the handpiece/handset.
If you find that the handpiece is the problem, check this thread, may be related with with issue you are experiencing:
