Stop syslogging? - murf - 06-13-2014 12:14 AM

I am getting a TON of IP traffic from
Yealink phones (T26,28, etc) on port 514.

On the order of tens of thousands per day, depending on the
number of phones.

It has to stop.

What provisioning option controls this?

Wireshark shows packets that look like this:

syslog[429]: DEBUG: [get_output_if]
syslog[393]: [SYZ+0472] 02683587.20

This is quite useless information, and a waste of bandwidth.

You can set System Log Level as 0 via auto provisioning.

Code:
##It configures the detail level of syslog information to be exported.0 means nothing and 6 means all.
##The default value is 3.It takes effect after a reboot.Integer from 0 to 6
syslog.log_level =
