Annoying beeps
For about 6 months I have been trying to fix this problem for one of my clients.
The configuration is ...
T38G > EHS36 > Plantronics C052
Sometimes during a call... and sometimes after about 5 minutes the headset starts beeping indicating that there is an incoming call on the headset.
I've called everybody... tried firmware... tried new hardware... eliminated POE... nothing helped...
The solution is to make sure the ringer volume is not zero
Go figure...
I'm not sure if its a feature or a bug by my customer is much happier now.
