No sound on SIP-T23P handset - AjN3806 - 07-18-2016 12:08 PM
We have a brand new SIP-T23P handset that when a call connects there is no sound. The outgoing ringing tones are heard when on speaker. Volume and mute buttons appear to be working OK (i.e. the volume is set correctly).
Firmware 44.80.0.80
Hardware 44.0.0.16.0.0.0
We've reset the phone to factory settings again to no avail.

Apologies it is a SIP-T23G
We've just updated the firmware to 44.80.0.110 to no avail.
