Blank white screen - optout2014 - 06-04-2014 04:08 AM

Support,

I have a brand new Yealink T46G VOIP phone. I took it out of the box, plugged it up (power/network) and get nothing but a blank white screen. No buttons work. No lights flash. Nothing but a blank white screen. I tried following the “recovery mode” initiation process by unplugging the phone, holding the speaker button, then plugging the phone back in while holding the speaker button but there is no change.. still a blank white screen. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you.

I think you can run RMA process.

Thank you for the reply. I was hoping to avoid the RMA process as I need the phone immediately. Is there not a way to manually reset the T46G? Thank you.

If you have tried recovery mode and failed, please run RMA .

I contacted my distributer but they only offer a 15-day return policy. They recommended I contact you to RMA the phone. Do you have an RMA form you can attach and instructions on how to begin the process? Thank you
