T22p WAN address vs LAN address - phone2015 - 05-29-2014 08:52 AM

I just got my first Yealink T22p phone to use it on a remote site which has an internal subnet of 192.168.0.x/24.
The phone connects to the local network without issues, and it can register with the SIP server over the WAN, but it's publishing its private IP (192.168.0.127) to the SIP server. Obviously the server cannot talk back to the phone.

On the status page of the phone's config I see the following:

WAN address: 192.168.0.127
etc...

LAN address 0.0.0.0
etc...

I have other Aastra phones in the same site which are working fine.

Can anyone tell me what should I do to correct this?

What do you mean phone can register with the sip server but sip server can't talk back to phone?
Can you tell me more details?

The phone is not NAT-ing. I resolved the issue by enabling NAT and using a public STUN server, but I shouldn't have to do that.
