Hold Failing in firmware 35.80.0.125 - alan.coulter@seera.com.au - 07-07-2016 11:19 AM Since updating the latest firmware (35.80.0.125) we are finding that the hold functionality no longer works. Steps to reproduce: 1. Receive call, 2. Place on hold (and so customer hears horrible music), when you press to resume call (after say 20 seconds) the person on hold is still hearing the hold music. Then the phone displays the message 'Unknown uri scheme' and then cancels the call. At this point the customer is disconnected. Please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when reproduce the issue.
