It would be nice if it would roll to voicemail. Currently we use FreePBX and have the phones going to voicemail after 20 seconds. Ideally they would pick up the phone. Thanks for the response. My question is about ring volume...not duration. The issue we're having is that people are turning the volume all the way down and then the phones aren't ringing. They are then complaining to management that the phones don't work. Clearly they do work but I can't continue to dispatch people just to turn up the volume on phones.
