EHS36 with Sennheiser DW Pro 2 - Annets - 05-14-2014 11:42 AM
Hi All,
I have a very strange issue and am wondering if anyone can help me with.
We are setting up a 3CX system and are using the Yealink SIP T38G handset and the EHS36 to conect the phone to the Sennheiser DW Pro 2. I have had no luck getting this working. I can use the headset but the electronic hook switch does not work..... I have updated the firmware on the EHS36 to 2.16.0.0 . the DW Pro 2 is up to date as well.
I have set the headset to DHSG and have set Auto Link to On.
Any Suggestions?

Do you have other phones that can upgrade EHS36 to 3.16.0.0?

Thanks. I prefer you can post some connection images between headset and EHS36.
