How long does the battery last on a Yealink W52P?
We've sold 9 of them to a customer, and he claims they only hold power for 4-5 hours.
I've suggested that he tries to replace the batteries, but we've sold countless of these phones and we've never had any problems until now.
How long is the W52P actually supposed to hold power?

If they use the new battery for the latest DECT firmware, they need to power battery fully in the first three times.
After that, the battery life will stay for 10 hours at most.
