Upgrade/Advanced Blank Screen - afendrich - 05-13-2014 03:04 AM

Hi

This is a T22p phone Hardware 5.0.0.60 firmware 7.61.0.80

The Upgrade/Advanced page is a blank screen. I reinstalled the firmware to see if that would fix it, but it didn't make a difference.

I need this screen to connect to Vonage Business.

Is it possible there is a provider lock? Has it already been on Vonage and working previously?

Try turning off adblock plus or any similar plugins you may be using for the phone IP address.
