Transfer to Remote PhoneBook - SharEng - 06-21-2016 11:42 PM
I am using T42G. There is a SoftKey to get to the "directory" where the xml lives.
I can not seem to "transfer" a call to someone in the list.
When I receive a call and press transfer, then go into directory and select a name, I hit Send, the call is immediately sent back to my phone (Recall).
On a side note I can go to the directory and "call" any person from that same list, so I know that the prefix and phone number are stored correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please help us to get the PCAP and config.bin and syslog files, we can check something from them.

BTW, please also tell me something info via the email.
1. How many phones do you have? All of them have this problem?
2. The version of the phones?
3. If you enter the number directly, can you transfer the call?
