Plantronics Headset problems - Waztrix - 04-30-2014 03:09 PM Hello Yealink. My Jabra couldn't pick up calls on my T28P, but after upgrading firmware on my EHS36 it works perfectly. A colleague of mine did the same, only to find out that he's Plantronics SAVI Office 740 headset can no longer pick up calls from hes T46G Is there anything to do? Can we downgrade the EHS36 box again? The headset is connected through an EXP40. Thanks for your reply - it actually solved my problem. The version was 1.16.0.0. The thing is, I had to use my SIP-T28P to upgrade it three times before it successfully went from version 1.16.0.0 to 3.16.0.0 But after 3 updates it works. I have a feeling that when the display says "Expansion Update Done!" it's not actually done until 5-10 seconds later. |
