Hi, I am having a problem with the Phonebook generation tool. I have saved as a macro enabled workbook, and I am still getting this error when I click the macro buttons...
“A required privilege is not held by the client”
This must be a permission somewhere, but I can't figure out where or how to change the permission. Anybody else have this issue ever?

Do you right-click this tool to run as the Administrator?
Do you open this excel using EXCEL 2010?

I followed the steps show in PDF file, but the excel file got error can't generate phonebook. Can anyone assist me how to setup remote phonebook for PBX and IP Phone? Thank you.

We have a heck of a time using the Excel document and wish Yealink would make a actual utility for this and stop using excel....
In the mean time. Give this a try works good.
