After several power down of electicity in office my SIP T20P has stopped booting.
It hangs with message "Initializing Please wait".
I've tried already flash it in recovery mode with this version of firmware:

everything seems to be ok: the phone downloading firmware via TFTP, then wrote to me "Update. don't power off". Then rebooting itself and i get the same situation with "Init please wait"

Is there any methods or what happend with phone?

I think you should apply a RMA from your distributor.
