Wav.Play not working on T38G - cptjack - 04-21-2014 07:36 AM I am trying to get the T38G to play a wav file. Following the the XML guide I tried to use: <YealinkIPPhoneTextScreen Beep="yes"> <Title>Test</Title> <Text>Play a sound?</Text> <SoftKey index="1"> <Label>Yes</Label> <URI>Wav.Play:http://server/voip/yealink/ringtone/Emergency.wav</URI></SoftKey> <SoftKey index="2"> </SoftKey> <SoftKey index="3"> </SoftKey> <SoftKey index="4"> <Label>No</Label> <URI>SoftKey:Exit</URI> </SoftKey> </YealinkIPPhoneTextScreen> This is not working on the T38G. Nothing gets downloaded from the webserver. The webserver doesn't get any request for the file, as seen in the access.log. Firmware version: 38.70.0.200 and 38.70.115.9 The same XML file is working on T26 phones with Firmware 6.70.13.9. Our corresponding technical specialist will help you with this issue if you sbumit this issue to your distributor.
