We have 2 phones that has stopped ringing, happened to the first one a few months ago, then same with another earlier this week. The model is T20P. The light indicates ringing, but no sound. No upgrades has been done to either of the phones.

1. Do you test speaker mode or headset mode?
2. Do you test other T20P with the same firmware?
