Hi supporter Yealink,
Today I have a W52P not boot up, I change other battery but not. I put it in charger cradle, it lights. I don't know having problem, please check help me.

Solution: First, I try use cable mini-usb connect the W52H with my laptop.
Second, I use application "W52p-Flasher[4.12.0.2].exe" in Yealink Support - User Documents - Upgrading W52x Handset Firmware for update rom last version.
