SLA BLA Configure - elementpbx - 12-30-2012 01:15 AM

I have been trying to configure SLA on Yealink for months and cannot get any help. I use the T28 and T32 and select BLA under Shared Line. I also tried Broadsoft, but nothing seems to work. I see the SLA tag I need to use in each "line" and it works for my Aastra phones, but not the Yealink. Example: DSS Key 1 : Shared Line with Value of B003687D00007L0048_B003687T0048 for Account 1. This works with my Aastra line, but not with Yealink.

Anyone with suggestions? I am using an Asterisk 1.8 back end with Coredial.

Hi,
I added the attached file for your reference, only V61 can support SLA feature.
Let me know if any problem.

So you are saying the newest firmware v70 does NOT support SLA? If not then when is supposed to be implemented? The v70 firmware is misleading as it does have the SLA entries.

Hi,
After tested and cheked again, sorry, we made a mistake last time, in fact , V70 can also support the SLA feature, and when use this feature in Yealink phone, what you need is register the account like normally account and then configure the two DSS keys as the BLF key.

Best Regards!

Hi,
For example, you have configured the Asterisk server correct like the document I added last time, and the account is 21, 22 .
below is the steps:
1. Login in the web UI of Phone A , go to Account page , and configure the account like attached file.
2. Go to phone->DSS keys page, configure a DSS key as BLF feature, and the value is station1_line1, configure another Dss key as BLF feature, and the value is station1_line2, like attached file .

3. Register phone B with account 22 just like phone A,and configure two DSS keys as BLF feature but the value of BLF features is station2_line1 and station2_line2;

Best Regards!
