W52P Base issue - manderson - 04-12-2014 02:46 AM I just purchased a W52P Base with two DECT phones. I am unable to get the W52P to grab a DHCP IP Address. The link light does not light up even though it does link up. I hooked it up to a laptop running wireshark and I never see it attempt a DHCP discover. Is this a know issue or do i have a faulty base unit? RE: W52P Base issue - Yealink Support - 04-12-2014 10:15 AM 1. Is the memory of DHCP full? Do you test other DHCP server? 2. Do yo use Cisco SWITCH? Can you connect to other static IP address? Then go to the webpage->Network->Advanced, disable LLDP and test again. 3. Do you have other Yealink phones? |
