Problem updating T20p from 9.70.13.9 - Sasheem - 04-11-2014 07:16 PM Hello, I got a load of phones which are all Firmware Version 9.70.13.9 Hardware Version 7.0.1.62 They are being used on a 3CX system. I have tried upgrading the firmware through the 3CX interface as well as through the phone's interface and on both occasions the same happens. It does a reboot and at some point states that the update is skipped. I have tried upgrades to 9.71.0.168 (as it is the currently recommended for 3CX) 9.72.0.30 9.70.1.20 Always the same. As if the phone is protected from being upgraded. I have also noticed that the phones I already have in production who upgraded fine are Hardware Version 7.0.1.61 What is the difference there ? Thank you in advance. Kai RE: Problem updating T20p from 9.70.13.9 - Yealink Support - 04-11-2014 07:19 PM Firmware Version 9.70.13.9 is a custom version which is protected from being upgraded.
