T41 Loosing programming - telone - 04-11-2014 03:15 AM

I have had about 3/4 T41P phones loose programming and default to factory mode. Also when that happens all my other T41 and T46G phones go into No Service and I need to power all phones to get back to working status.
Any one running into this ?

Do you check the auto provisioning url in the webpage? Enter the webpage->Settings->Auto provision, check whether you filled a URL in the Server URL.

Do you check about your network connecting?

3. "No Service"
This means that you don't register an account successfully now.

All the phones were not Auto Provisioned so the URL is blank. The phones were manually programmed.
As per no service it never registers not until I reset all

Which firmware of your phones now?
How often will the issue happen? One in every day?
Can you show more details with me ?
