Thanks! But the strange thing is that we have same module with same headsets and same phones on other sites without having any issue...

Same issue for 2 additional sites....
Can you make release 3 of the rsh36 firmware available for upgrade from newer t26P?
What if the difference between release 2 and 3?

EHS36 3.16.0.0 can solve on and off hook problem.
I will submit your request to our product department.
Please ask your distributor to upgrade your EHS36 to the latest one.

Hi!
Why is it not possible to upgrade the EHS36 with a T26P to Firmware 3.16.0.0? Or much better, with actual phones such as T4X?
Not everyone has a T28P for firmware-upgrade-reasons hanging around in the office...
Will there be a solution for the upgrade issues?

Hi!
After hours of work finally I was able to download firmware version 6.60.200.245 for the T26P - and the EHS update to 3.16.0.0 works.
Now the T42G (firmware 29.71.0.112 for 3CX), EHS36 (Firmware 3.16.0.0) and the JABRA PORO 920 are working fine together!
